- View contact details of the listing broker and reach out directly to co-broker
- Update status regularly (available/sold/under discussion) to keep the system clean
Step 5: Respond Actively
- Reply quickly to messages and calls from fellow brokers
- Respect deal transparency—always communicate clearly about your role and expectations
